Privacy policy

Hanuman Baker's Village is a shop at L-4, Madhulika Apartment, Bhatar Road, Surat, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what information we receive when you use hbvillage.in or message us on WhatsApp, and what we do with it.

You don't need an account, and the website has no forms. The boxes you tap stay on your device until you send the list on WhatsApp yourself. Your device also remembers whether you chose sizes in cm or inches.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics and PostHog. Neither uses cookies or identifies you; PostHog keeps a random ID on your device so we can see which pages and buttons are used. The map at the bottom of each page is provided by Google, and Google's privacy policy applies to it.

The "Send to WhatsApp" button sends your list to our price-request number, +91 87996 26997. That number is run through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and replies automatically with a link to the prices for your items.

For each list we receive and store your WhatsApp number, your WhatsApp profile name, the items you asked about, the time, and the price link we sent you. We use this only to reply to you, to handle your order, and to limit how many prices one number can request in a day.

When you confirm an order or message our shop number (+91 95869 96997), the conversation is in our WhatsApp Business app like any other chat. Meta's own privacy policy also applies to everything sent through WhatsApp.

We don't sell or share your information with anyone else, and we don't send you promotional messages. We keep it only as long as we need it for your orders, and we delete it when you ask.

To have your information deleted, contact us in either of these ways:

• Send "Delete my data" on WhatsApp to +91 95869 96997.

Tell us the WhatsApp number you used. We'll delete the records we hold for it within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
